An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Join The Rise NYC, a community-driven pop-up fitness group, for an early-morning Boot Camp. Rotations through exercises like crunches, planks, push-ups, burpees, and mountain climbers ensure a mixture of cardio and strength training that will keep you coming back, and seeing results.
No equipment necessary; smiles and high fives encouraged.
Classes are held on the Fifth Avenue Terrace from mid-April through the end of June, and during the Winter Village Holiday Shops. All other classes are on the Fountain Terrace.
